Tolloti Plastic Pipe is located east of New Philadelphia, Ohio, along State Route 39E.Vehicles traveling north on I-77, take exit 81 (New Philadelphia) and turn right onto SR-39E.  Vehicles traveling south on I-77, take exit 81 (New Philadelphia) and turn left onto SR-39E. Travel east on SR-39 (a.k.a. High Ave.) through the city of New Philadelphia (9 traffic lights or appx. 2 mi.) where SR-39E turns to the left (onto Beaver Ave.). Follow SR-39E out of the city (appx. 5 mi.) watching for the Village of Roswell sign. At the crossroads in Roswell (there is only one and you will see a Dr. Pepper sign just before the turnoff) turn right onto Cnty. Rd. 68 (Barnhill Rd. S. E.). Tolloti Pipe is the third building (yellow block) on the right side of the road.

From SR-250 take the Midvale / Barnhill exit. Go straight at the light in Midvale, on through Barnhill (appx. 1.5 mi.) until the Y in the road (Tolloti sign posted). Take the right fork at the Y and travel appx. 2 mi. (Cnty. Rd. 68 a. k. a. Barnhill Rd.). Tolloti Pipe is located at the bottom of the hill on the left before you come to SR 39E. This route is not recommended for semi-trucks.
